• Please Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• First Time clients must reserve sessions of 60 minutes or more with a Credit Card.
• Your massage will end on time regardless of your arrival time.
• Extra time will be granted if the event of another cancellation or an open slot.
• Please reschedule in the event of an unexpected illness.
• Please provide a 24 hours notice for any cancellation or need to reschedule.
• Payment is expected after the Service has been performed.
• No shows will be expected to pay for the missed session to continue future services.
• A $25 fee will be charged for any returned check.
• Please remember to turn off your Cellular phone during the session.
• Remember to communicate during your session regarding pressure and room temperature.
• Please remove all Jewelry.
• Feel free to disrobe to your level of comfort.
• This is a Professional Therapeutic Massage Service only. Any suggestions beyond a normal massage will not be tolerated and the session will be discontinued.
